HERBS THAT CAN BE USED IN COSMETIC PREPARATIONS

This month, please begin to dry your herbs from the garden. It is preferable to use your own home grown herbs. You only need between 1 or 5 different herbs and enough to 2/3rds fill a 16 ounce (2 cup) jar – approximately 1 ½ cups of dried Herb. If you do not have any herbs growing in your garden, look at the weeds and trees no more than 30 feet from your home and research their use. You may surprise us with what you find. As the last resort, you can purchase dry herbs from any herbal store or on line.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT YOU CAN BE ALLERGIC TO ANY HERB. TEST A SMALL AMOUNT OF THE FRESH HERB ON YOUR SKIN OR MIX A DRY HERB WITH WATER AND APPLY TO YOUR SKIN BEFORE YOU USE IT!!

This is a brief list of herbs and uses for your guidance ONLY. Please THOROUGHLY research the herb that you intend to use. Start your own personal HERB DIARY with your first skin Herbs! Here begins your exciting journey into using the Herbs around you!!!. .
